Voluntary Benefits Group Marketplace Leader

David Cirulis is the former Vice President of Voluntary Marketplace Strategy for Lincoln Financial’s Group Protection business. In this role, Cirulis was responsible for leading the voluntary distribution team in planning the strategic direction of Lincoln Financial’s voluntary benefits initiative and execution on that strategy. In past positions Mr. Cirulis has been responsible for identifying strategic distribution opportunities add overseeing comprehensive enrollment strategies for the voluntary business segments.

Mr. Cirulis has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience within the financial services sector. In addition to his previous work with Lincoln Financial Group, Dave also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions. Prior to his position at Trustmark, Cirulis was a consultant for five years. During this time he led Gallagher Benefit Services’ Voluntary initiative for three years, and was Executive Product Manager at American Sterling Insurance Services for two years. Cirulis spent the first 14 years of his career at UNUM, where he managed offices in Kansas City, Cranford, and Milwaukee.
